NextLabs actually has developed a 'misdirected email' feature that uses attribute matching (recipient and content of attached doc) to alert when people appear to be sending the wrong content in email - such as account statements to the wrong company, for instance. Not sure whether they can generate alert when there is a match between 'state of intoxication' (elevated) and 'status of relationship' (ex-girlfriend).
